1. What we use the data for
We use the data to make it easier for you to invite and be invited to things. We also use the data to make it easier for you to find out when it is suitable to do things with your friends.

We do not sell your data to others. We do not use your data to show you advertisements for anything outside the application. We do not use your data to show you things you did not ask for.

In order to get weather, location and maps data we need to send the corresponding location to the provider of theese services. Weather data is from The Norwegian Meteorological Institute and location and maps data from Google. The location and map data is subject to the privacy policy located at: https://policies.google.com/privacy .
Terms of Use for InviteDone
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using InviteDone, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use this app.
2. User Accounts
You are required to create an account to access the services in the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Privacy
Your use of InviteDone is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which was shown on the previous page.
4. Age Limit
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of your parent or guardian to use the app.
5. Content in the App
You are responsible for all content you post in the app. You agree that you will not upload, share, or submit content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, offensive, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on intellectual property rights or these Terms of Use.
6. Unlawful Use
You may not use the app to perform illegal activities, including but not limited to, harassment, defamation, or the posting of offensive content. You may also not hack the app, spread viruses or other malicious software, or otherwise disrupt the operation of InviteDone.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. If we do, we will notify you of the changes, for example by sending you an email or posting a message in the app. By continuing to use the app after we have posted such changes, you agree to the revised terms.
8. Termination
If you violate these Terms of Use, we may suspend or disable your account or terminate these Terms of Use with you at any time, with or without notice. If we terminate these Terms of Use, you will no longer have access to the app, and you may lose all information stored in it. All provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, provisions regarding intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall survive termination.
9. Disclaimer
The app is available to you on an AS IS basis, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the app; (iii) any content obtained from the app; or (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your content or information.
11. Copyright
All content in InviteDone and the application itself are protected by international copyright. Without our express written consent, you may not copy, reuse or alter any of the content or source code.
12. Dispute Resolution
You and InviteDone agree to resolve any disputes arising exclusively in Norway, and in accordance with Norwegian law.
13. Other licenses
A list of all licenses for software used in InviteDone can be found in the licenses section of the settings screen in the app. The app also uses location and map data from Google subject to the license located at: https://policies.google.com/terms .
14. General
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and InviteDone with respect to the use of the app, and supersede all prior or concurrent agreements between you and InviteDone. If a provision in these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.
